Its ok mistakes happen, we call the store and let them know. Here is the answer "I can't really do anything but refund the order, there are 16 other orders in the que". That answer left me stunned, I was expecting "Sorry about that, lets see if I can remake your order. We are a little backed up but I will squeeze it in" Customer service 101. What a miss by Dominos!

It is now 6:45 and my order has been in the car for almost an hour and has been pushed back to 7pm but they are still across town. They also have a habit of marking the order as “delivered” long before it actually is, maybe to make it harder to complain about timing. Very frustrating.
