  Todo muy bien, pero no hay sopas en la mañana, me e ido 2 veces sin comprar nada porque yo quería sopa y eran las 10 y no había. Muy mal

  Watery Mac & Cheese, smallest salad, spent $57 for 3 people. No one greeting at registers, encouraged to just order at kiosk. Not good, as it takes even longer to order! Could eat elsewhere, still hungry! We didn't even order drinks. Small soup sizes labeled as large and added chicken for an additional fee to my salad & got sliced turkey meat. 2 tiny pieces of Feta cheese on my salad! There's a reason we barely go anymore.

  This is specific to the customer service, or lack thereof, we received by a male employee in his early 20s, working around 7:30am on March 22nd. My husband and I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and he did not acknowledge us or ask if we needed help. When we finally asked if he could take our bagel order, he said it would be a minute, but did not provide any further help. I then asked if it would be better for us to order at the kiosk, and he responded, “You can do what you want,” which came across as very dismissive and unhelpful. We ended up ordering at the kiosk and sat down at the first visible table. After waiting about 20 minutes, I went back to ask about our bagel order. He told me to check around the corner, where our bagels had apparently been sitting for about 15 minutes already. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and a huge waste of time, especially in the morning when people are usually on a schedule. A little communication and basic customer service would have made a big difference

  I've been coming here for years since it first opened. This latest visit was exceptional. The place was sooo much cleaner this time. The staff came around at least 4 times to ask us if the food was good and if we needed anything. Is this even panera? Lol. It was very nice and they gave us free samples of pastries. The half and half creamer was full and I must say again the place was so much cleaner this time it was nice. The staff seemed less stressed out too. I hope they keep it up and I will come back knowing they are making such a better change.
