This location is always a total disaster. Simply put, they're understaffed to handle the demand of the lunch rush which isn't fair for customers or employees. I stopped off this afternoon for a quarter pounder. I placed the order at 12:55 PM in the mobile application for an in store pick up. I didn't receive my order until 1:20 PM.
There was a restaurant full of angry customers, and only a small handful of staff members. During my 25 minute wait, I witnessed no less than THREE customers requesting refunds due to the excessive wait times.
I understand how expensive labor is in today's climate what with California's ridiculous minimum wage laws. That said, I've been to this location numerous times, and it's always jammed. The AUV for this location should more than compensate for the higher budget needed for labor for the lunch and dinner rush.
To the Franchise owner. You're leaving money on the table by cutting labor. Look at metrics like speed of service, voided transactions, and guest satisfaction surveys.
Improve your speed and get people in and out. You'll see a major up tick in sales.
When would be customers see a drive through line that spans the length of a huge parking lot, they keep driving..

Absolutely disgusting experience. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst fast-food visits I’ve ever had. The cheeseburgers tasted like they had been sitting out for hours—dry, stale, and completely inedible. The fries were ice cold the second we got them through the drive-thru, like they had been forgotten and tossed into the bag as an afterthought. Nothing was fresh. Nothing was acceptable.
The service made it even worse. The cashier had a terrible attitude—rolling her eyes and acting annoyed over something as simple as splitting a payment. That level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is embarrassing.
This all happened on Easter Sunday around 2 PM, which makes it even more shocking. You would expect at least some level of care, but instead, it felt like no one there cared at all. My kids, who normally love the chicken nuggets, refused to eat them because they said they tasted old and gross. That alone says everything.
Complete waste of money, time, and patience. This place is a total disgrace and does not come close to representing what McDonald’s is supposed to be. Honestly, it’s shameful. I don’t expect a response, but people should know how bad this location really is.
This McDonald's is the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. The employees are rude and talk down to customers. The manager was fighting with the employees in front of customers. The WORST part was the smell. They made us come in instead of using the drive thru and I thought we were going to die from how horrible it smelled inside. The smell lingered with us even after we left. It smelled like vomit, old grease, and dirty wet dog mixed. AVOID this McDonald's! I'm reporting them to a health inspector ASAP. I'm honestly traumatized.

The guy who served me was awful. He didn't even put any dressing on my order, and when I went to ask for some, he turned around and walked away. I waited for him to come back, and he told me they didn't have any. Then, when I was in the car, I checked my order, and the fries were almost empty! Plus, the place smells kind of weird.

Christiana thank you for ensuring you asked if you pronounced my name correctly. Those mindfulness attention to detail will take you a long way.
Also, my son said the gentleman that served the ice cream did a great job. Quality serving of soft serve 🍦
