What we received was not just a small portion; it was a dangerously negligent one. The amount of food was a fraction of what was advertised, making our carb count critically low and putting my child at risk for a severe medical emergency. I have attached a photo to this review so everyone can see the shocking discrepancy for themselves. This is not about being short-changed on a few fries. This is about a fundamental failure in quality control that puts vulnerable customers' lives at risk. When a family relies on your company's information for the health and safety of their child, accuracy is not a suggestion—it is a life-or-death responsibility. To the public: I urge you, do not trust this establishment with your family's well-being. Do not give your money to a location that demonstrates such a blatant disregard for customer safety. Do not fund a business that cannot perform the simplest task of providing what it promises, especially when the consequences are this severe. To the management of this Wendy's: Your carelessness is inexcusable. You must understand that your actions have real, life-threatening consequences. We demand that you operate as a humane company, not one that gambles with a child's health. If Wendy’s would like to contact me, I am willing to provide any information possible to help this establishment to help out other customers. And parents. Edited this review just to say that their silence speaks volumes and that they suck at their Customer Service. Don’t care about you. Just your money franchise owner is losing my business.
