    Easily among the worst run tacobells in the area, avoid the one off Paris next to the freeway, they'll make you wait forever and still get your order wrong

    I usually come here at night time and get food from the drive-through. I’ve been blessed by some gentlemen that work there at night by the names of Angel, Abraham I believe it’s Fernando or Jose. The food is always delicious. My order is always read right back to me correctly. From my point of view, the restaurant always looks clean. The drive-through area is always clean and free of debris.

    I pulled up to the menu to place an order, but no one answered at the speaker. I called out three different times and still received no response. Assuming maybe the speaker was broken, I drove up to the window. When I got there, the short-haired girl looked at me strangely. I asked if the speaker was broken, and she replied very rudely, “Um, no, you were just supposed to wait for me.” Then, when I asked if I could order, she said, “Yeah, wait one minute,” closed the window, walked over to the register, and started counting money. She never came back, so after waiting, I finally just drove off without getting anything. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location.

    Went to grab lunch and a young boy was outside taking orders, and he was super polite, friendly, and made the process really quick and easy. The service was excellent, and my food came out hot and fast. One of the best customer experiences!
