Call the store to figure out what went wrong and the cashier doesn’t tell me she is getting a manager doesn’t tell me she’s putting me on hold and phone goes silent. Enrique then gets on phone and tells me that we received a call to “confirm the order” and I didn’t answer so the order was canceled. So I ask why was I not informed of an email confirmation to cancel because I never received a call to confirm. All he was able to say was “well I don’t have any control over the email so I don’t know if they send an email to cancel”. So my question is why was I not called to say my order was cancelled??? Again all he can tell me is I don’t know? What kind of general manager doesn’t know how his ordering and canceling process works? Was going here because I always have problems with Dominoes and now I can’t even order at Pizza Hut. Worst customer service ever. Should be negative stars.
