Firs off I realize that sometimes you have to wait for your food, that wasn't the problem. We asked for a cheeseburger no onions, and we get one with lettuce and tomato. Cold fries, and overcooked nuggets. Not only that I went inside to use the bathroom and when I requested the access code the man at the register just mumbled something and walked away. There were also about 4 people inside complaining about their orders. I have never seen a chain run like this in my life. There was no leadership, and no consistency. Will never darken the doors of mc donalds again if this is how they run a business.

The incompetence of the workers here is insane. Not sure if its ownership, leadership, or just the local workers are totally inept. Shut this location down or fire the workers and go completely automated.

I stood at the counter for five minutes just to pay for my kiosk order (no line, there was just absolutely no one paying any attention to the front counter). Then I stood there for another fifteen minutes waiting for my order (which was one cookie, one pie, and a small fry) and watched them repeatedly ignore several other people standing at the counter waiting to pay, complain about missing items, ask about the status of their order, etc. When I finally did get my order, nothing was even fresh or hot.
