  Fries cold slow service and order is always missing something or something wrong with it. Time after time poor management they always make you pull out off line to wait

  AIl the tables were dirty, food tasted dry like it had been made in advance and kept warm, burger patty was maybe 3/8" thick. Confirms the reason I don't eat there anymore. The constant alarms going off in the cooking area were loud and obnoxious too. Won't be going back.

  I went in on Saturday around 10:30 a.m. for breakfast. The manager initially approached to take my order, and I let her know I had two mobile orders and also needed to place an additional order because I forgot my coffee. Instead of taking my order, she went to look for the mobile orders and then started helping other customers without coming back to me. I was standing at the register first and waited about 5 minutes. When I approached again to place my order, she brushed me off and said she was helping someone else. Thankfully, another employee noticed, came over, took my order, and apologized for the manager’s behavior. Unfortunately, this location is also consistently slow. Better customer service and organization would really improve the experience.

  I ordered food on the app and I go through the drive-thru and they tell me to go park in stall 1. I'm sitting there and I see the next 3 cars in the drive-thru all going to park in different stalls. We're all just sitting there and a McDonald's employee (guy) comes out and walks over to stall 4 and gives them a bag. The gentleman of that car is digging all around in the bag and says this isn't mines. The employee then takes the same bag and walks to my car and tries to give it to me as if I didn't see. I said no, I saw that guy digging in there, he said oh no he was just looking at the receipt. I'm like no I don't think so. As I sat there waiting another employee came out doing the same thing to another person in the stall. They were giving the food away to the wrong person. They should be asking what the name is before they just start giving them bags. It doesn't make any sense. Nobody wants anyone else digging around in their food. They need to get more organized.

  So I’m confused how this works. I order ahead through the app I live in riverside but have to make my way to Moval a few times a week. I order the food, get in the freeway get stuck in traffic for 40mins and I get the notification in the parking lot, that my order is just beginning to be made, I get here and still had to check in to let them know I’m still waiting for it, at least the guy in front counter was cool and started to work on the order but isn’t that the whole point of ordering ahead so I can just pick it up and not have to wait. 40mins in box springs Moval traffic and the food isn’t even ready is kinda crazy. I can prob sit down at Denny’s and get my food and finish eating quicker than that.
