- LHLisette HernandezFeb 22, 20261.0On Friday the 20th, around 7am ish My husband bought me my normal order.. golden eagle blended / protein sugar free.. and he over heard the employees saying to scrap inside the coffee pot and put it in there.. at first he didn’t think much of it.. when he brought it to my work and I tasted it.. it tasted harsh… old… strong.. something wasn’t right about it.. within 30 minuets I fainted at my job and seized out.. whoever made that drink.. should be looked into.. they put my life at risk.. and can possibly pit others in danger.. cus nothing I mean NOTHING was different that day..EXCEPT for that drink.

The staff member said no restroom for customers. She could have said, the restroom is not open to the public or for staff only. Or place a sign. Seems like employees make their own rules due to laziness here. The other customers at the walk up window and line also frustrated with the service and wait. Will not be returning to this dutch bros specifically... Hard pass

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
