- SFshelby foley5 days ago1.0I got in line for the dutch bros magnet drop just an hour after it started, after waiting in line for almost an hour just for my order to be taken, and then 45 minutes after getting my order to actually get my drink. I was informed that the magnets sold out shortly after they started handing out at 3pm. Dutch bros should take a page out of starbucks book and put out signs when they are out their merchandise drops, instead of letting people waste 2 hours of their time to then be told they were out, and was then given a glorified cup of milk with sprinkles. With average coffee this place is a stop purely for the wednesday merchandise drop, but unfortunately selling out shortly after starting the handout and not providing any signs that they are out, on the boards going down half a mile telling customers where the line starts, that way customers could come back for drinks another day where the line isn't 2 hours long is a poor part on this company and its values.

Many times when I arrive first and wait for someone to take my order, one or two cars on the other lane get their orders taken before me, even though they arrived after!!? The employees don’t seem to pay attention to who was there first, which makes the process feel unfair and inconsistent!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
