  Great place too get a get snacks when we come too the library.some how some way the conversation between employees got too comfortable n loud. thay started cursing as me n my daughter where eating n injoying are drinks in the store.there is a place n time too talk like that.its not work appropriate at all because it's right next too a library n family's go in there.please correct this action so this won't happen again next time we eat there n thank u you.from a faithful customer.

  Las muchachas que atienden pobrecitas son muy malcarientas y maleducadas,apenas vas a ordenar te das cuenta que te hablan de mal modo y ya en ventanilla duran años en atenderte y de mala manera,ni siquiera saben preparar las cosas por eso tardan mucho. Deberian de contratar personal mas educado que atienda la clientela minimo sin haser sus carotas. A ECEPCION DE UNA SEÑORA GRANDOTA QUE TE ATIENDE MUY BIEN,MUY EDUCADA Y SALUDADORA TE ENTREGA TODO RAPIDO Y BIEN Y TIENE MUY BONITA VIBRA,DIOS BENDIGA A ESA SEÑORA!!! Y A QUIEN LA CONTRATO ALCANSE DE ESTAS BENDICIONES TAMBIEN,🙏

  This place is sooooo slow. Even with a mobile order they take excruciatingly slow. They make you wait 3 minutes usually minimum to even place your order when you pull through the drive through. I've seen many other 1 star reviews and they are deserved.

  Poor customer service inside in the drive through lane. Only here because my wife likes a specific seasonal coffee.

  I’m both surprised & astonished on how this place runs. I’ll be honest I deeply understand when your handling a rush hour and there are only so many on shift to work but even when your done have some consideration for the people waiting to have their order taken inside the lobby too I can see just from walking in what kind of employees you have on duty from whom are the ones desperately trying to let you know their aware of your presence and others who slack in that category and have a desperate want to leave my 1st impression going went inside saw they had a rush understood they were busy but at least acknowledge your customers walking in and let them know you’ll be with them shortly I had noticed I had not been the only one waiting to be helped with, 2nd impression and quite unfortunately last for I will not be returning saw they had a rush still told myself I get it and waited but one employee who caught my attention I’d assume is a manger? When it came to fixing a situation you want to acknowledge the situation and be professional on how to resolve it, with her all I got were unnecessary vibes of not wanting to help, not wanting to be in her work environment, and seemed a bit annoyed of having to fix something and instead of acknowledging the problem by saying oh no is something wrong how can I assist to make the situation better all you get is a sigh and a “ill fix it” I didn’t even want to correct my mistake with my order but I’m wanting to spend my money at a place where I’m craving a certain item that this place carries and when I showed my receipt and said what was wrong you just get this tense of feeling bad for just even asking, as someone who has worked in the food industry and is now in at an entry entrepreneurship business level who is wanting to start a business especially involving coffee I’d reconsider hiring employees like that, again you never know what someone is going through but when your on the job and clocked in always remember that you are dealing with different type of customers every day and when you have the wrong crew it can come falling down from the atmosphere someone works, to getting bad reviews, to not having the best team lead and loosing businesses not to mention profit.
