  I stopped in on Friday 12/12 around 5pm to pick up a cake. Bad timing as a family of 10 had just beat me to the register. I waited patiently for over 10 minutes while they placed their order for food and ice cream. As soon as they finished ordering the woman at the register walked away without saying a word. She was making the blizzards. There were 5 employees I could see all working on various tasks. So I asked the guy nearest me if it was possible for me to just buy a cake real quick as I didn't expect them to know I wasn't ordering anything that needed to be made. He nodded yes so I waited. After a while no one had made any attempts to help so I asked, "Sorry. Was that a yes or a no on the cake?" At that point the woman who had been on the register raised her voice to me and said "You're going to have to wait! We're all busy." I walked out. As a customer I don't HAVE to do anything. To be clear I understand busy, and in total waited 20 minutes. It's not the busyness, but the attitude that is unacceptable.
