I waited patiently for over 10 minutes while they placed their order for food and ice cream. As soon as they finished ordering the woman at the register walked away without saying a word. She was making the blizzards. There were 5 employees I could see all working on various tasks. So I asked the guy nearest me if it was possible for me to just buy a cake real quick as I didn't expect them to know I wasn't ordering anything that needed to be made. He nodded yes so I waited. After a while no one had made any attempts to help so I asked, "Sorry. Was that a yes or a no on the cake?" At that point the woman who had been on the register raised her voice to me and said "You're going to have to wait! We're all busy." I walked out. As a customer I don't HAVE to do anything. To be clear I understand busy, and in total waited 20 minutes. It's not the busyness, but the attitude that is unacceptable.

They don’t have onions and they only gave mustard packets. I had to ask twice for a to go lid for the peanut buster parfait. In Texas they are a regular (good) fast food unlike California. Very sad! Not sure how they make it in CA with limited menu and bad service.

I took my two young daughters to this Dairy Queen and ordered a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard and I took a bite of what I thought was a chocolate chip it was a hard plastic piece with sharp edges. I contacted corporate and the owner of Dairy Queen Moreno Valley. Corporate basically passed me off to the Moreno Valley owner who took no responsibility whatsoever and has not responded to my email. I’m very thankful it wasn’t in my daughter’s icecream but it shouldn’t be in anyone’s icecream. It’s even sadder that this Dairy Queen can’t even take responsibility or respond to emails. Do better Dairy Queen Moreno Valley
