  First I’d like to start and say that the girl with glasses and black hair that worked today(3/2) held everything down as much as she could, props to her she did as amazingly as she could. She was working super hard while her coworkers messed around. Waited for 25 minutes to be helped. The only people actually doing any work there were her and the cook. No idea why her coworkers refused to do any work and watched her handle it all. They couldn’t even wipe a counter down, just stood there and looked at her. Pretty crazy

  I’ve never been to chipotle before so I wasn’t sure on what to get and the staff was helpful of what their most popular meals are and it was great, food tasted amazing and the store was clean. I will definitely be back to this chipotle!

  Hasn’t this place only been open a few weeks? Give them a minute to breathe. And yes—no one likes a bug in their food. But with fresh lettuce, it happens. Also… since you drowned the salad in that much dressing, chances are the bug drowned too, so at least someone got what they deserved. And the grand “I’ll never eat here again”? The chairs thank you, the customers thank you, and the bug—well, it already clocked out. Last thing: the more you weigh, the harder you are to kidnap. Just sayin.

  I visited around 2pm and noticed the staff member running the line asked for help but didn’t receive any support, even though he was doing his best. I actually told him he was doing an amazing job because he handled the rush well and was very friendly. Unfortunately, my experience at the register wasn’t great. The cashier, Abbigail, forgot my guacamole, and when I politely brought it to her attention, she rolled her eyes, which felt unprofessional. There were managers present at the time, and I hope they can provide more support to team members during busy hours and address customer service at the register. Some staff were clearly trying hard, but the experience was mixed overall.
