  Food is good great service from employees. Only thing they could put a little more attention to the seating areas and keep them clean

  Food was good, ask for extra everything, beans corn salsa, BUT ask for your creme and lettuce on the side for the ability to reheat the leftovers later

  I came in last night around 5:30pm. I ordered my food and once I made it to check out I wanted to use my rewards because I knew I had enough points for a free entree. My phone was taking a while to load so I asked if I could step to the side and get my rewards loaded. It was a young African American girl with a ponytail and a young Hispanic guy at checkout. The girl kept laughing and mumbling to the guy that I needed to hurry up. He giggled a couple of times, but continue to work. Not sure why it was a problem, because I wasn't holding up the line. Finally after a good 8 minutes later I was back at the counter and ready to check out. I grab my food and stated that I didn't receive my drink cup. The young girl then went to hand me my cup with her fist inside the cup. Please roll the cameras back to this exact incident and see what type of nonsense employees you guys are employing. I just simply wanted to enjoy my favorite food place, but instead I was forced to endure such rude unprofessional employees.

  Terrible experience with the food at this location. I am extremely disgusted after I got the chicken salad bowl and a piece of my chicken was completely raw. I am feeling sick to my stomach and will never return to this location again. Nobody should go to this location!!!!

  Food quality is good, but the fact that they never seem to be stalked with the items that they are needing at the time outrageous also, they can have your order ready And not have one item for your other half of the order and they will scrap your entire order and then when you come back in after the allotted amount of time, they told you to wait they will tell you that they sold out again … I’m not sure how the staff at this restaurant does not understand what a lunch rush is and that they should produce slightly more food than gauge at this time Or if they’re going to tell you that they don’t have an item to complete your order instead of just scrapping what they already made I don’t know they would make sure to have it ready as soon as they did have that item other than servicing the eight people in line after I had already waited my turn in line…. Like I don’t know who runs customer service, but that’s absolute trash …. I already waited my turn in line. You didn’t have an item that I wanted and you looked at me and asked me if I just wanted you to make my burrito anyways and then you would walk my peppers out to me. Like no, I want all of my food fresh. I don’t want my burrito to be 10 minutes cold and then hot peppers to just throw on there. That seems Just not right
