The gentleman that was assisting us dropped avocado in the pickled onions. Instead of removing the avocado he mixed it and put the avocado at the bottom so it’s not visible. I hope none is allergic because that was unacceptable. During the ordering the gentleman seemed rushed. They charged me for steak when I ordered chicken. At that they forgot the complimentary pita bread. For the price I’d rather dine in a restaurant.

This is the only location I've been at that will try to skimp you left right and center. It was weired asking for more Persian cucumbers they put 2 more slices in my bowl... sir if you do not just scoop it with your spoon like a normal person. I did ask for more after the two slice B.S. and he rolled his eyes.... Are you joking....My dude.. Just put a scoop over my tough(and it was rubbery) cold steak. It was like this for everything it was honestly comical, was waiting for the camera crew to come out and say i was being punked. It was honestly just unprofessional and had i not been hungry and looking forward to this i would have just walked out. I truely should have just walked out. There where other customers in the lobby upset about the portions and wondering what there issue was.im just disappointed and hope its just this location thats behaving this way never had any issue at the rancho location. That being said if you want Cava commute to another location or be willing to have to awkwardly ask them to scoop properly every step of the way for that premium your paying.
