I ordered my usual , which is a two scoop sunday and was shocked when I saw the proportions provided. I understand that a sunday uses children's side scoops. However, What was given is not standard at any location?I have visited over the years. When we question the employee , she stated that that is the standard size scoop. However , the prior customer ordered quite a few children's cups for her family and they were not given such small scoops. We asked if they could correct the mistake and they refused to fix our order.

She continued talking to someone and never acknowledged me or my husband, no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. We stood there waiting to be helped, and she still refused to speak to us or even look in our direction. It felt intentional and disrespectful, and it gave us the clear impression that we were being racially profiled. After being ignored for several minutes, we ended up walking out without ever being helped. This experience was humiliating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. We go out to enjoy time with our family, not to be ignored or treated as if we don’t belong. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed immediately. Staff should treat every customer with basic respect and courtesy, regardless of race. Please let me know how this will be resolved. Thank you.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
