- ARA RNov 20, 20251.0When we walked into the store, the woman working behind the counter(HER NAME IS NAOMI) completely ignored us. She continued talking to someone and never acknowledged me or my husband, no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. We stood there waiting to be helped, and she still refused to speak to us or even look in our direction. It felt intentional and disrespectful, and it gave us the clear impression that we were being racially profiled. After being ignored for several minutes, we ended up walking out without ever being helped. This experience was humiliating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. We go out to enjoy time with our family, not to be ignored or treated as if we don’t belong. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed immediately. Staff should treat every customer with basic respect and courtesy, regardless of race. Please let me know how this will be resolved. Thank you.
