I drove to the window and was INFORMED by Veronica (cashier on this day) to come inside. For what, nothing. I asked a worker reason, he said he didnt know why and you know what, disappointing. I've always liked this El pollo loco, never had an issue but I guess it'll be added to my list to never return. Thanks alot.
