  PLEASE ADDRESS. THANK YOU! Severe Disappointment with Recent Catering Order & Store Cleanliness Dear Chipotle Management, I have always held the Chipotle brand and the quality of your food in high regard. However, I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent catering order. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the standards I expect from your company. Specifically, the portion sizes provided were entirely disproportionate to the cost of the order, resulting in an unacceptable value for the price paid. Furthermore, I was alarmed by the state of the restaurant during my visit. There was a significant amount of food and debris left unaddressed on the kitchen floor. This lack of basic cleanliness raises serious health and sanitation concerns that I believe need your immediate attention. Regrettably, due to the poor quality of this catering experience and the concerning sanitary conditions, you have lost my business moving forward. Thank you for your time.   Not a great experience. There was almost no urgency with the staff. There was 2 people ahead of me and it took about 20 mins to get the food. The burrito itself was cold and not great. The kitchen looks like it survived a small tornado, and cleanliness is not on the mind. I would not go here, you’ll be disappointed.
