  Here’s a clean, slightly tighter version optimized for a Google Review (natural, readable, and impactful without over-formatting): ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner spot just a couple of blocks from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. After a morning of exploring, we were in desperate need of food when my daughter found Lighthouse Bistro—and we’re so glad she did. The exterior is unassuming with some sidewalk seating, but inside it’s tasteful and welcoming, with white tablecloths and a single flower on each table. Simple and elegant. The menu is described as global cuisine, and everything we tried delivered. The roasted beet salad with chicken was excellent—Ralph, the owner, guided my daughter on the dressing and even offered to redo it if she didn’t love it (she absolutely did). The Caprese appetizer with heirloom tomatoes and balsamic was fresh and flavorful. The highlight, though, was the Nepalese dumplings (we had the chicken). Easily some of the best I’ve ever had. The dipping sauce—fresh, bright, and herb-forward—was incredible. Ralph was engaged, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in the experience he creates. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back.

  I must have to start with the service, it was outstanding. The gentleman that greeted us was so nice, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, my boyfriend ordered a lamb kebab and I ordered a chicken shawarma. The baklava we had for desert was so soft and tasty

  Took the kids to the Aquarium and was looking for halal options when I found this gem walking down Lighthouse. I asked the guy at the front, Ralph, who is also the owner, if the food was halal and he mentioned the chicken and lamb are. So we sat down and ate. For appetizers we had the clam chowder ( 10 out of 10) rack of lamb cooked well ( 10 out of 10) and chicken Alfredo pasta ( 10 out of 10). Ralph was a delight to talk to and served us very well. He told us he only opened up 7 months ago. I wanted to share this review in hopes it reaches people looking for a delicious meal and also one that is halal (halaal) in the Monterrey area near the Aquarium ( 5 minute walk). Definitely coming here again next time Im in Monterrey

Every dish we tried was packed with rich, genuine taste, beautifully presented, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can tell the chefs put real care and tradition into their Mediterranean offerings, bringing a truly authentic experience to the table. The variety is impressive, offering something for everyone while still maintaining a unique and cohesive style. Service was another highlight. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations without being pushy. Everything came out at the perfect pace, which made the whole dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. What stood out the most was the consistency—great food, excellent service, and a welcoming vibe all in one place. It’s not easy to find a restaurant that delivers on all fronts, but this one definitely does. I highly recommend Lighthouse Bistro Global Cuisine and will absolutely be coming back again
