  This Taco Bell is honestly worse than the Seaside, And every location I've been to, and that’s saying a lot. First off, no breakfast. None. And I didn’t even see coffee on the menu. The smell inside is unreal. I can’t even describe it. Sometimes the front doors are wide open, probably to air the place out, but that’s not a solution. Leaving the doors open like that is a straight up hazard. Mice and rats don’t need an invitation...they’ll come in for shelter and warmth whether it’s “real” food or not. It’s common sense. There’s zero control over what’s going on in the dining area. Same people hanging around every time I’ve been there, loitering, helping themselves to soda without paying, which makes the place feel uncomfortable. This place seriously needs security, or something. I was so grossed out I didn't even order anything to go.

  This is a place where homeless people congregate. They sit around it seems in their very own reserved area and do not order food. The manager Michelle , does not do her due diligence to fix the problem . ..she gives them free food and in fact she encourages all of this by taken one of them home, not to mention that she smokes marijuana with them right outside the taco bell. The smell goes into surrounding businesses .I am constantly harassed and often feel threatened. There is always a 3 legged dog that hangs out with them, It says that pets are not allowed, but that is also being ignored.this is this worst Taco Bell ever and gives the tourist driven town Of Monterey a bad look. We don't want to end up like San Francisco do we?

  This gal came of her shift, at 8:06 pm tonight, and STOKED my 7 year old boys… and me. She had the Christmas Spirit and this was the last place we expected it, and actually, the first Christmas Spirit of the Season. My kids said that was so nice… and I agree. Merry Christmas to you wonderful lady. 🎄

  Spent $10 for two items (remember when TB was affordable?) I asked for a water cup when I got my food because some of us don't like chugging Flavored corn syrup from the fountain. I was informed that they "no longer have water cups". Not for (over)paying customers, nobody. This place sucks. Spend your $10 next door. Gross.
