The only reason I come in is because I have coupons. Never going back, it’s very frustrating. Francis is lovely, it’s the other lady who doesn’t care. I’m big mad. Screw this subway. Never going back
- RVR ValOct 25, 20255.0I accidentally ordered from the wrong location thinking it was here on the app and the staff was so kind the whole time asking if I needed help and checking for my order even tho it wasn't here. Ended up ordering another sandwich from here to go and picking up the other one I accidentally ordered at the other location on the way home.

One manager seems very annoyed anytime she has to get behind the line to make a sandwich. Final straw was not getting full scoops of meat for my sandwich. When I asked for the proper amount, the manager insisted I pay extra. Never going back here
