  The food sucks except for the Frappuccinos

  Night crew was terrible, we ordered three mcflurrys and they ignored our order and gave us two and only charged us for two. We also saw them give one of our drinks to the car infront but they returned it since it wasn’t theirs. They also gave us one item that wasn’t ours and was for the car behind us. Overall terrible customer service never coming back

  I ordered a hamburger, no onions, extra pickles, large or fries and a frozen Coke quotation mark they cannot get my order right three times in a row fourth time they just dumped the fries back into the old grease still put onions on my burger at this point, I’m over it

  I usually visit this McDonald’s during the daytime and never have issues, I went on a Friday night around 6 to 6:30 PM and had a very different experience. While waiting in the drive-thru line, I saw two employees taking out boxes from a side door of the restaurant fries and hamburgers out to a regular car. It wasn’t a refrigerated delivery vehicle, which made me uncomfortable because it looked like food was being transported in an unsafe way. I didn’t want to film because the female employee looked upset, and I honestly didn’t feel safe. While I was still waiting, several homeless individuals approached cars asking for money or food. I had no idea this location had so many homeless people around at night, and it made the area feel unsafe compared to the daytime. When I finally received my order, the kids meal was missing part of the fries, and the medium fries I ordered looked more like a small. During the daytime, the kids meal usually comes filled like a small fries, but at night the portions were noticeably smaller. It felt like the night crew wasn’t paying attention to quality. Overall, I will continue coming here during the day, but I won’t be returning after dark. The nighttime service, portion sizes, and safety concerns were very disappointing
