I usually mobile order on my way home from work, and they never make the mobile orders correct, I have to always contact support. They always forget something or add something that i didn’t order. They literally wrote “out of vinaigrette” on the lid of my salad instead of just telling me when i picked it up, had to go home and see it scribbled on my food. Employees are ALWAYS standing around on their phones, the place is a mess and there’s usually one person that is actually doing something. Employees also start to close the store an hour and a half early so they’re less inclined to help you when you order in person. The store closes at 10pm, why are you packing everything up at 8:30? It just happens way too often at this location, Im no longer frequenting.
