  Service and atmosphere was great. Food however had us disappointed. Two people in our group had the strawberry salad. I get it its winter but the strawberries were green as could be. If you can't get them in the winter then don't have it on the menu. They both said the lettuce wasn't crisp either. Limp and old. My mashed potatoes were gummy and horrible. They had been sitting under the heat lamp too long and the top layer was hard. My son's sauces on his plate were the same way. The grandkids didn't eat their Mac and cheese. They both said it wasnt good. They eat Mac and cheese everywhere and aren't picky on that.

  Took my husband there for his birthday it was his first time going there. Once we got sat down we ordered the queso and chips, queso lacked flavor. For dinner I ordered the stuffed shrimp. I couldn’t even swallow it. I instantly spat it out. And my husband got the seafood platter. I told the waitress I couldn’t eat what I had ordered that it was absolutely disgusting and I told her I’ll just order a cheeseburger. My husband ate only part of his food and ran to the bathroom to start throwing up. While he was in the bathroom I informed the waitress of what’s going on and that I would just like to leave at this point and skip out on the burger because now I’m just grossed out. The waitress and the manager were very kind and understanding and apologetic. Other than the service everything was terrible and will never recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not what it once was.

  My family and I visited this place for the first time. It's a very atmospheric cafe with delicious food! I want to point out that the portions are quite large and filling. I also liked that the staff at this cafe were attentive and polite. Thank you for the great experience at your cafe.

  My husband and I live near by so we consider ourselves very lucky to be able to dine at Bubba Gump often I would like to thank the managers and staff that work hard to fulfill everyone’s dreams and expectations Special thanks go to the wonderful manager Teriasa and the Amazing young lady Rhea for outstanding service The food was amazing and extremely delicious The big smile and wonderful welcome that we received made our dinner experience a dinner to remember The delicious food that we enjoyed tremendously will forever make us come back and and again Thanks Teriasa and Rhea We will see you soon The best seafood restaurant in Monterey county and Beyond

  We go to bubba gump everytime there is one near us. It’s usually one of our stops during our vacations. The Forest gump memorabilia always makes our day but this time, we were extremely disappointed. Our waitress, Monica, was very rude and ruined the whole experience. We came in excited and left as quietly and fast as possible. During our dinner, She tossed the menus around and had an attitude. She was not welcoming at all. (It was a breath of fresh air when Johnathan delivered our food instead). She seemed like the person who has probably been there for years and doesn’t like her job and is done with customer service. The food was okay, the usual dish I get wasn’t on the menu so I tried something new, the stuffed shrimp, and It was overall okay. My friend ordered a ceviche and didn’t like it. There was an odd spice in there that threw it off, tasted like rosemary. My other friend agreed that her dish was okay, she just had fried shrimp.
