Here is the breakdown of the experience: The Atmosphere & Service From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly, greeting customers with genuine smiles—which is always a plus when you haven't had your coffee yet. The shop itself is spotlessly clean, from the counters to the seating area, making it a comfortable place to wait for your order. The Drink: Caramel Praline Cappuccino Blast The star of the show was the Caramel Praline Cappuccino Blast. The Flavor: Rich, creamy, and topped with a generous swirl of whipped cream and caramel drizzle. It hits that perfect balance of coffee kick and dessert indulgence.   I came in this Friday evening at about 9:45 p.m. after I looked and decided for about 3 minutes I wanted to order a banana split and I was told there's no more bananas so I wanted to order a milkshake and I was told they're not making any milkshakes because they are closing soon so I thought it was weird but I said okay and left and then I thought about it and came back 5 minutes later just to ask what time do they stop making milkshakes and she told me around 9:50 p.m. but I told her I was there at 9:45 so why was I not served? I asked when the manager would be available so I can come speak to them and nobody knew anything which I find strange because how do you not know when your managers available? This is unacceptable!

  First time taking my Girl to Baskin Robbins. It was late and guy at counter seemed like he was having a bad day with his greeting skills. Either way ice cream was good. And we got more the next day.

  One of the worst branches of Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. I ordered Pecan ice cream butter, but instead, they gave me chocolate one. When I called them to complain, they offered me one free scoop out of five that I had already paid for. Be cautious when ordering from this branch.
