- LDL DJul 9, 20251.0Staff was nice, he even pointed out how to correctly carry the ice cream cake box because I grabbed it from the top thinking it was a handle. This location is the cleanest in the area hands down. However, I am in shock. The ice cream cake I purchased for my son's birthday was awful. It looked pretty, let it sit out for the correct time so nothing melted or was inedible. There was no taste except sweet and with a chalky texture. No one could eat the cake, I tried and couldn't believe what I was tasting. I hope I can get my money back because this was a total waste of money but the lesson learned will save me later on, do not purchase an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
