- VAVictoria AnayaApr 1, 20265.0As a sip club memember, I come here daily! I appreciate that this location is always clean and has the coffee area always stocked. If its not, they instantly brew the coffee I ask for. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is my favorite panera in the area.

Its suppose to have mozzarella cheese apparently only a extremely thin slice of cheese the size of the bread was provided. Not worth the purchase, even Starbucks sandwich has more value to their similar sandwich. Disappointing

- CNChristina NavarroFeb 13, 20261.0ZERO STARS if I could - ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I ordered a large order for myself and coworkers, total of 5 meals. Of those 5 meals, only 4 were delivered. The meal not delivered was my meal. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Liz who informed me that she could only offer me a refund for the cost of the meal $10.19 and little more $9.81 to cover the cost of the delivery/tip and it will take 7-10 business days before I see the refund. They could not replace the meal and send someone to deliver my lunch. So here I sit here at work without lunch while the rest of my co-workers enjoy their meals. Whoever is at this location should be doing a double-check of all delivery order to ensure ALL ITEMS are in the bag before sealing it up so that these types of things don't happen. Panera should cover the cost of replacing a meal and cover the cost of the delivery on the day it occurs. Put better policies in place to make your paying customers happy. DO BETTER PANERA!!!
