  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my partner and I received during our recent visit. From the outset, the interaction was marked by a dismissive and condescending tone from both the cashier and the waitress. At the front, we were rushed while attempting to communicate our seating preference, and the cashier concluded the exchange with a curt “Okay… goodbye,” accompanied by an unwelcoming demeanor. Our waitress’s conduct throughout the meal further reflected a lack of professionalism. While her tone appeared artificially softened, her actions conveyed otherwise. She did not offer to split the ribs, failed to provide recommendations when asked about tequila options, and neglected to ensure we were properly accommodated with utensils, providing only one. Additionally, her proximity and demeanor toward my partner felt inappropriately familiar and unprofessional. We were also repeatedly rushed during our dining experience. The waitress asked multiple times if we would like dessert to go, creating a sense of urgency rather than allowing us to enjoy our meal at a reasonable pace. Furthermore, she continuously interrupted while I was eating to ask if everything was “fine,” which felt less like attentive service and more like an attempt to prompt a favorable response. Overall, the experience reflected a clear lack of attentiveness, respect, and professionalism. I believe all patrons deserve to be treated with courtesy and dignity, and unfortunately, that standard was not met during our visit.

  Roaches. Yes—roaches. We were seated in the back near the food prep area on 4/9/26, and toward the end of our meal a roach crawled up the wall right next to our booth and over to the table behind us. The customer behind us even tried to kill it but missed, and it came right back toward our table. A manager named Tony eventually came over and killed it, but by that point the damage was done. Completely unacceptable—especially in a restaurant where food is being prepared just feet away. It makes you seriously question the cleanliness of the entire place and what’s happening behind the scenes. We lost our appetite immediately and left disgusted. Will not be coming back.

  I cannot believe what I just paid for a really poor meal. I had the New York steak dinner. The steak was so tough I could hardly chew it. The potatoes were so overcooked I had to use a steak knife to cut through it. A very expensive meal that was pretty much inedible.

  came in at 11:20 on the dot expecting to be told they couldn’t seat us however they were so kind to provide a table, allowed me and my fiance to sit and eat! which was great after a long work day, i was seated within 5 mins and luckily was assisted by abril (she deserves a raise) who was so sweet and allowed us to get our nightly drink! we ordered fries and two steaks including a watermelon margarita and cali cream’n beer which all came perfectly i appreciate the friendliness and kindness from the night shift staff keep up the work!

  This was our first time bringing our pup to a pet friendly restaurant. Staff was really friendly. The food was much better than we expected. My husband got the schnitzel and I got the chicken pot pie. Our pup had the hamburger patty with veggies and white rice. The food was delicious and the portions were large. The vibe was nice. We enjoyed seeing other dogs.
