When someone has a food allergy and clearly requests that a specific ingredient be excluded, that request should be taken seriously—especially when the allergy is severe. Unfortunately, the staff member at the drive-through displayed a dismissive attitude toward my concern. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be prepared as requested to ensure my safety and avoid any potential health risks. I
