- AHAlejandra HigaredaMar 31, 20261.0Extremely disappointed in the service and attitude of the staff - Out of sour cream- how does one run out of a staple ingredient? Menu is limited, so it should not be that hard to keep track of stock. I came to terms that they were out of sour cream, but went ahead continued to order. But as I was checking out, I noticed that the “online food assembly section” had a full container of sour cream- when I asked if I can have some from there, they said no - “That’s for online orders only”. So an in person customer is treated like a second hand citizen but if I had ordered online I would be able to have sour cream???? Unacceptable- needless to say, I decided not to take the order and left very disappointed. This is not an okay business practice and unacceptable customer service.
