  My 1st time coming for lunch I tried to order ahead. App said that location wasn't taking orders, I walked in. Ordered. Sandwich was ok, subway cruch was stale. Next day I tried again, order went through on the app. I arrived at the time it said to arrive, my food wasn't ready. I can't wait, why I ordered ahead. So I told them I would be back, line was completely full. Mind you my lunch break is over. I come back 10 minutes later to get the food I PAID for. They did not have it. Ignored me. I asked for a supervisor. She informed me I had to leave my name and telephone, shed contact me later. Wow. I informed her that I needed my food or $ immediately. Whole ordeal took 30 minutes. She didn't seem happy to make the Sandwich at all. I HAD A RECEIPT, and was dressed in PROMINENT, work uniform. Over a 4.99$ daily sub I treated strange. They had my lunch money, refused to give me my food, after waiting and coming back. I missed lunch. Almost got fired how much time it took. I ORDERED 15 MINUTES B4 I PULLED UP. Basically they either gave someone else my food, or simply were too busy with inside customers to fill my online order. I can't risk going there for lunch again. Good luck.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE MAN WITH BLACK BEARD AND BEARD HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , RUDE , SLOPPY WITH MY SANDWHICH AND I SEEN HIM SCRATCH HIS FACE WITH GLOVES AND PROCEED TO MAKE ANOTHER CUSTOMERS SANDWHICH THIS IS DISGUSTING JUST GO TO PALMDALE HERE AND CAL CITY IS JUST HORRIBLE

  First time ordering from this restaurant at the kiosk, I ordered and waited for my order to be complete. All was well, until I got home. My sandwich literally had only 3 pieces of Spinach, 5 pieces of lettuce two cucumbers 1 medium 1 small tomato....that is ridiculous, as if every price.of item the over use will be docked from they're paychecks😑👎🏻

  This is the worst subway for on line ordering. Every time I make an order the sandwich’s are always wrong. They don’t toast sandwich when asked they put raw bacon on sandwich’s don’t even heat it up . Employees in the corner al says eating . Even when write what to do sandwich’s still wrong. It’s like can’t employees read or just don’t care. When never go there again.
