  The experience is usually good but yesterday was disappointing: First, was told they were out of tomatoes (Seriously? Save Mart is right next door--couldn't buy some there??). Second, as my sandwich was being put in the bag, I told the associate I was gonna eat in. That's when she told me "we're closing at 7 and the lobby is closed". This was at about 6:10pm. I asked again if I could eat there real quick and she said no. I understand maybe she's following boss's orders, but why wasn't I told this BEFORE I placed my order?? Please communicate better next time.

  2 out of 3 sandwiches were totally wrong! Gave us the wrong 3 cookies. I called and spoke to the manager today, she was very rude! Told me to bring the sandwiches back and the cookies to get a refund! The order was delivered 2 days ago! I tried to call them the night we ordered but they kept picking the phone up and hanging up! We will never order from this location again! I suggest you don't either because they do not care about their customers! If your order is wrong there is no recourse! My family and I are disabled and could not go to the location like the manager asked. We had it delivered for that reason!

  I ordered a proteins pocket and was immediately told that I was not allowed to add any extra veggies or customize my order because i”it was already cheap”. Don’t know if that’s Subways policy, but I do know that it did not feel good. Not a good look for the Brand either.

  Ordered online as I usually do . Excited to get subway for the first time in awhile . My brother went to pick it up and had to wait at the counter for ten minutes withought being greeted or acknowledged . The older punjabi lady finally came around and gave him our order . Both of our samwiches came sloppily made with very little meat and toppings . We get subway relatively often and this was definitly an upsetting experience . Won't be coming back to this location while she still works there .
