  Very rude store. Obviously the entire store is out to dishonor legit forms of payments or identification and when challenged they become professionally unprofessionally braisen. Their are other ways to communicate other than laughing and turning away paying customers, like example: if you don't accept certain verification of 🆔 or pay, make it known"; and or at least work on customer communication and ethics ms yvonne is very poorly communicated or helpful

  Place a pick up smash cake for my baby’s first birthday picture over the one to pick up Sunday 03/29/2026 and the lady that look my order misplaced it or never took it the day of the pick up they didn’t have my order.. So if they aren’t going to be able to take over the phone order they should just say so

  Deli Manager Christy deserves tremendous recognition for truly saving the day and protecting this store’s reputation with a long-time customer. We had placed a catering order for 12 trays for a celebration of life a week in advance. When we arrived at 10:45 a.m. on the day of the event to pick up the trays, we discovered the order was not ready due to the deli clerk who took the order getting the wrong date. Christy, who was actually scheduled to be off shortly, immediately stepped in once she learned what had happened. She understood the seriousness of the mistake, especially given the size of the order and the importance of the event. Rather than leaving it for someone else, she took ownership of the situation. Christy spoke with her store manager and asked if she could stay past her shift to make things right. She was incredibly apologetic and solution-oriented the entire time. Christy quickly organized a team and worked efficiently to prepare the trays. She had eight trays completed before the event began at 1:00 p.m., and personally ensured the remaining trays were delivered to the event as soon as they were finished. What could have been a huge disaster turned into a very positive experience because of Christy’s leadership, professionalism, and commitment to customer service. Despite the time constraints, the trays were beautifully prepared and the quality was excellent. Christy truly went above and beyond. She did not have to stay after her shift, but she chose to in order to make things right for our family during a very important and emotional event. We are incredibly grateful. Thank you, Christy. Your dedication and work ethic deserves recognition, and employees like you are exactly what make customers continue to come back.
