  Unfortunately I left without paying for the kiosk order. Service was slow and I was ignored by multiple employees. After about 11 minutes I left and went elsewhere. Establishment was moderately packed and homeless hanging outside.

  I asked for extra lettuce this is what I got and I got charged for it 🤦🏽‍♀️ 20$ an hour smh they got worst 😑

  Always very prompt and I find it easier to order on the app and pick up, then it is to go through the drive-thru. That way, at least I don't have 10 people behind me waiting while I make sure my $40+ order is correct. If you use the app you really do get a lot better bang for your buck. You can use rewards to redeem for almost anything on their menu. Also, the app has special discounts and coupons that you wouldn't normally ever be able to get if it weren't for the app. I have been very happy with how much it truly saves me money 🤑💰🍟🥧🍔🐔👑🍦🍨

  All of our order was cold we were even parked so I figured everything would be warm but it wasn’t, I asked to speak to the manager about the situation and his exact words were bringing the food back and we will give you a refund. He didn’t apologize he actually sounded like I was bothering him. I told him I was already home and he basically said that’s too bad because if you don’t come right now, then there’s nothing we can do for you. I did ask if I could go in the morning.and he said no he was rude and unprofessional. But maybe that’s the environment in which they tend to treat their customers. Maybe the boss doesn’t care if they’re professional or not or if they are rude to customers.
