The girl with the bright green hair completely messed up my coffee order — it wasn’t even close to what I asked for. When I politely pointed it out, instead of fixing it like any reasonable employee would, she argued with me and flat-out refused to remake it. To make things worse, she processed a refund for the drink but refused to give me the food I had already ordered. So I left with no coffee, no food, and a massive waste of time. The attitude was unbelievable — dismissive, defensive, and totally uninterested in actually helping a customer. If you don’t want to remake drinks when you make them wrong, maybe working at a coffee shop isn’t the right job. I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of places that know how to make a simple coffee and treat customers with basic respect.
