Please be aware that they will try to up charge you and will lie about pricing. I went in today and asked for the 6in sandwich of the day. I specifically asked for just the sandwich. Everything was good until it was time to pay. The young lady told me to choose a drink and i politely said no thanks just the sandwich today and she says : it come with the deal for 7.99$” i said no thanks I just wanted the sandwich not the combo so it should only be 4.99 and she said no its 7.99 for the sandwich of the day and I said no its 7.99 for combo and pointed to the huge sign outside that says 4.99 for 6in sandwich of the day!!! She got nervous and proceeded to charge me 4.99$ after trying to up charge me so my recommendation check prices online first and check receipts!

My husband came in today to grab us both lunch. It wasn't busy at all. We assume it's a new employee, but the young Caucasian brunette stationed mid-counter making sandwiches was rude, pushy, and unprofessional. Before my husband could even think of the next item to add to two different sandwiches, she quickly and rudely would say, "What else. What else. What else." Not even in the form of an actual question like she cared. Very annoyed and monotone. Normally your employees are friendly, patient, and give you time to think, but not this woman. He asked for light mustard on my sandwich, yet it was oozing out the side. He asked for salt/pepper and oil/vinegar on both sandwiches, but she was going so fast and rushing him along that she didn't even put that on either sandwich. She threw both of them together so quickly that my sandwich was mostly one sided. The fold was nothing but meat and cheese while the opening was oozing out all of the condiments and vegetables. Either fast food and direct customer service are not the right career choices for this person and they should be let go or they need to be monitored and retrained for a whole shift on how to best serve/interact with customers. Slow down and be thorough, learn how to tell when the customer is ready to decide on the next item, and learn how to not come off as rude, pushy, and uncaring.
If you hate the job that much, just quit, because you're ruining the business for anyone you happen to serve with that kind of attitude and not many people are going to want to come back again.
