- ARAracely RivasOct 8, 20251.0El servicio al cliente de esta locacion es horrible,yegamos con mi familia alas3.50 pm de la tarde ,la.persona que nos atendio su nombre es Mandy,estaba hablando por telefono con sus audifonos ,ella hablabla en su idioma,lo cual no es nada mal,simplemente que si vas atender a un cliente no puedes estar en el telefono todo el.tiempo que tomo la.orden,luego.le.pregunte si servia el bano por que ella habia cerrado la.parte trasera del lobby me dijo que ya estaba cerrado ,yo solo queria lavarle las manos ami bebe ,luego se miraba bien enojada por que yegamos 1 hora antes de cerrar,luego alas 4 .30 pregunto si ivamos agarrar soda por que ya iva a cerrar esa parte,osea falta media hora y ya vas acerrar el area de las sodas,en conclucion mal servicio,enfocarse en tomar la.orden por que se equivoco y no me cobro una bolsa de chips,por estar todo el tiempo en llamada
