  I just had two pizzas delivered to my house and the crust tastes like they've been sitting around for months getting stale and hard very disappointed because I love pizza hut normally.

  There’s a young man here who’s incredibly friendly and always makes my family and I feel right at home. His service is exceptional, and his politeness is refreshing in a world where most people are rude. This is one of the reasons I love coming to this location. He’s super positive, and the pizza always tastes great. I think his name is Jr. from what I recall.

  Face with a difficult situation. The staff not only handled it professionally but when above and beyond. They were compassionate and consider it. What would have been the end of a horrific night turned into something that made me remember. There are beautiful people out there still. Sounds silly over a pizza but it's true. My husband and I ordered pizza after having to put my 13-year-old cat down. We are too exhausted to notice that we had messed up our order. Instead of realizing my error, I had a complete meltdown. To which the young lady who helped not only helped me get the correct order but also showed compassion during this time.You guys are amazing. Never forget that and thank you again.

  On 28 November around 7:30 PM, I went to this Pizza Hut location to pick up an order and had a very disappointing experience. I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior from a staff member who claimed to be the manager. He told me to leave the store, cancel the order, and said he wouldn’t give me my food because “last time you were rude,” which is completely untrue. He appeared to be a younger male, short in height, with a mustache. For context, the issue he referred to was actually from November 26, when I waited over 40 minutes for an order. I kept asking if the food was ready, and the staff repeatedly told me “5 more minutes” until the wait became extremely long. When I finally asked who the manager was and why customers weren’t being informed honestly about delays, I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional way. You can check the camera footage from around 5:20 PM to 6:10 PM on that day to see exactly how many times I asked about my order and how they kept telling me to wait 5 minutes. I’m asking the management of this business to take this complaint seriously. Please review the camera footage and look into how staff interact with customers. This kind of behavior is unfair, unprofessional, and will negatively affect your business reputation.
