They give me my food and close the window without saying anything to let me know that's my complete order so I sit there until I look in the bags to make sure or someone finally sees me. That's another thing, they give my food and close the window before I have a chance to ask for some ketchup. Sometimes I feel that I'm deliberately ignored. Fortunately this location does have a few friendly stass that make up for the experience.
