Always very prompt and I find it easier to order on the app and pick up, then it is to go through the drive-thru. That way, at least I don't have 10 people behind me waiting while I make sure my $40+ order is correct. If you use the app you really do get a lot better bang for your buck. You can use rewards to redeem for almost anything on their menu. Also, the app has special discounts and coupons that you wouldn't normally ever be able to get if it weren't for the app. I have been very happy with how much it truly saves me money 🤑💰🍟🥧🍔🐔👑🍦🍨

Ordered via GH, and I wanted the shamrock shake since it came out today. This is what arrived. Tasted it, and it is all vanilla. Such a shame that one easy request is not able to be accomplished.

All of our order was cold we were even parked so I figured everything would be warm but it wasn’t, I asked to speak to the manager about the situation and his exact words were bringing the food back and we will give you a refund. He didn’t apologize he actually sounded like I was bothering him. I told him I was already home and he basically said that’s too bad because if you don’t come right now, then there’s nothing we can do for you. I did ask if I could go in the morning.and he said no he was rude and unprofessional. But maybe that’s the environment in which they tend to treat their customers. Maybe the boss doesn’t care if they’re professional or not or if they are rude to customers.

This place is terrible, i ordered and the girl with purple or blue hair asked me 3x what kind of chicken sandwich regular or spicy, i said at first “3 spicy chicken sandwich “ and again 2x repeated, got home got a regular chicken sandwich wrapped in spicy wrapper and chicken nuggets DID NOT look appetizing, looked like it’s been sitting there for hours. Service here is terrible, like how loud you guys want to say my order, literally i bet cars behind heard my order ! I have tired from other Macdonald, this place always disappoints me and my family. This happens not just once but couple of times with my previous order. We order with our hard earned money to eat and enjoy, it sad how these workers makes it not enjoyable. If workers can not prepare food or get the order properly then this not the place for to work. Never ever going to this Macdonald place! ..
