Very rude lady (im assuming the manager) yelled at me, with condescending attitude.
The person who took my order was nice and asked me to pull up to the second window to pay, the person I'm assuming was the manager yelled at me to go back to the first window as if I was a kid being scolded.
I didnt want to see that rude lady at the second window again so I was going to drive off to the third window (yes there is 3 windows) but then I saw a friendly looking guy at that second window who gave me my food with an apologetic look.
If that rude lady is the manager, I feel very sorry for the employees working there.

The customer service: horrible!!!!
Getting what I ordered: not even close!!!!
And when you call to ask about getting the correct items you ordered the employees hang up on you!!!!!!!! I will be going the extra distance to another location from now on this place is a joke!!!!!!

We just went thru drive thru to order foods and we had 3 missing items took it home and realize missing 3 sandwiches. And U guys want all bags back to check im sorry my boys were hungry. U guys should not rush into putting foods in bags and us customers should check too before leaving premises. Not on us U guys responsible to make sure U get every order right!! Customers always right no matter what .

Not sure what was going on this morning. I waited in the drive through line (2nd P/U window) for about 10min, went inside to see if my breakfast was ready, I think it was the manager, he said no it wasn't. I asked for a refund I was asked to wait again. I left with no breakfast, no refund and I was late to work. Don't believe me, check your CCTV cameras for proof.
