The food is always cold the chicken nuggets don’t look and aren’t appealing at all they are always cold, crusty, and hard. The food is always cold and they always miss an item of your order and when they make you park they take every long time to bring out your order. They never leave any product right even after you pay extra for it. I also noticed this establishment charges extra for items like extra liquid sugar when other establishment don’t. When you do a drive through order they still make you park and wait for while. Overall customer service and food are not great at all. They should learn from the McDonalds on Oakdale where their food is actually warm and appealing.

Then the second order I just left a customer complaint and took the loss not thinking they would reach back out. The manager Leslie (not sure if spelled that right) took care of me and my son very well and made sure to confirm with me the order looked good.
