The food is always cold the chicken nuggets don’t look and aren’t appealing at all they are always cold, crusty, and hard. The food is always cold and they always miss an item of your order and when they make you park they take every long time to bring out your order. They never leave any product right even after you pay extra for it. I also noticed this establishment charges extra for items like extra liquid sugar when other establishment don’t. When you do a drive through order they still make you park and wait for while. Overall customer service and food are not great at all. They should learn from the McDonalds on Oakdale where their food is actually warm and appealing.

Asked to wait as usual and discovered it was a single, charged for a single (again). Manager requested an additional $3.00 due to incorrect order AGAIN. Told manager this happens very often, manager insisted on payment. I asked for my money back, I will no longer pay a fortune to get crappy service. Hello Del Taco
