- VMVeronica Martinez2 days ago1.0Poor customer service. Management instructed the host to stop seating people. That update was not given to the patrons waiting. I was originally told a 30 minute wait, and after walking up to the hostess, was told this poorly communicated message that they are not seating people. Poor management and customer service.

I find this policy unreasonable and the lack of flexibility disappointing. I am requesting reconsideration of a refund for the unused ticket.
