But the manager who attended us completely ruined the experience. From the moment we walked in, he acted like we were a problem, clearly judging us because of our accent and treating us with open disrespect. His tone was condescending, his body language dismissive, and it honestly felt like we were being singled out due to racism. It was shocking and embarrassing, especially since everyone else on staff was polite and professional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one as well-known as Chipotle. Because of how we were treated by the manager, we’re never coming back to this location again — the way we were treated was hella rude and completely unprofessional.
