  Disclaimer my server was amazing, but if I couldn’t give them any stars, I would , came for dinner and order the Swiss mushroom burger, both me and my husband , we received our burgers without mushrooms, and I had confronted our server to ask if we can get our mushrooms. They failed to tell us that they had discontinued mushrooms at that location so ultimately they tried to sneak a Swiss cheese burger into our mouth without letting us know , I asked the server what she could do and she tried her best to find a solution for us. It appeared to us that she checked in with her supervisor and they told us to download the app to receive a free burger , at that point, there’s not much the server could do so I asked to speak to her supervisor her supervisor brushed us off didn’t even come apologize and took the burgers off our tab , it was very unprofessional of the supervisor to ignore us like that they need to cover that dish off the menu or tell people it is discontinue is a very inappropriate for them to just try to serve us half of a dish and charge full price , I don’t come to Buffalo Wild Wings often but I definitely will never come back or recommend this place , my family’s dishes also were disgusting overcooked

  Worst experience on Sunday the 15th 2026 of February . Went out to dinner with my family. Once we got seated the lady came and she asked my boyfriend what he wanted to drink and etc she didn’t even look at me or ask me what I wanted to drink or anything very rude . Very disrespectful the workers. You guys just lost costumers . Maybe you should see how your waitress treat the customers there. Snotty workers .!

  I waited for 1 hour for my wings. The 2 girls in the front were no help and kept telling me they were working on my order. The service and communication was very poor. I will not give them my business again. Bad management

  Terrible service, it took forever to get our food. The servers were rude and kept getting more rude every time I tried to order. I kept asking if my order was ready and found out it had been ready for a while, but they never gave me my food. The lady was giving attitude, saying it’s busy, like they dread their job. The wings were cold and soggy, and the mac and cheese was cold. Then they tried to kick me out while I was still eating at a table with my food out, even though a different server told me I could sit there. Don’t recommend coming here. The food isn’t good at all and the service isn’t either. I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

  First time here for my husband's birthday. Had a party of 6. Table we were taken to was held up from rocking back and forth by 12 inches of napkins. The table wobbled terribly. We asked to move due to the concern. It took FOREVER for our waitress to take our order, and even LONGER to get our food. It was almost an hour prior to receiving our food. I would not have cared at all about the wait time if the French fries were hot and fresh but they were COLD. I was pissed at this point. Told the waitress and she fixed it. Overall, she was a decent waitress, but I definately won't be back. There was maybe 3 or 4 other people in this facility when we were there so I can't figure out why it was so slow and the food so cold. They were dead.
