  I haven't came here in years since I moved from ceres, I stopped by today and ordered a cookies and cream milkshake an took a seat confidently thinking my part was done but prior to this an older lady walked in with a young boy that appeared to be the same age as the young man working there he saw me standing in line but im assuming they knew each other because he looked at them as if he wanted to help possibly his friend first and grunted when he looked back at me and asked who he could help next in line clearly me I stopped by around 6pm monday march 11ordered and oreo milkshake hr gave me a plain milkshake with a stupid blended banana im definitely not going all the way back into ceres for a correction but if im gonna get something totally different that what I ordered because you wanted to help your friend first ill just gladly take my buisness and money to cold stone instead they have better variety anyways. Shouldn't have gave this place a chance again after so many years

  Bad service. Wouldn't make my drink 5 minutes before closing. Just say you close at 1055.

  I am writing this complaint because I’m trying to get a hold of someone over the phone with your corporate number however the best way to reach you through email. I visited this location last night I went 10 minutes before they closed and before walking in there was this sign at the door saying no mask no service I made sure my sister and I were wearing our masks however there was a group of a family of four individuals inside of this location without a mask. it took a couple minutes before I was acknowledged so I waited patiently for my turn when this kind employee acknowledge me and was taking care of my order, while she was fixing our order my sister and I noticed that there was this individual behind the counter who was Not wearing a mask not an employee not wearing gloves and was touching everything with his bare hands which made me think about going further with my order because of this poor hygiene also we noticed the store manager was helping this individual behind the counter she took the following family of and four individuals towards the back side to give them their items these individuals did not pay and walked away with free items, It is not the paying for my things im pist about I’m upset bc of the individual Wearing dirty clothing and touching everything with his hands, and not even being an employee! I am sure these people were the managers family, and made sure they got their stuff, what about the customers that do pay for their things? Are we to be ignored and have to walk in with a mask to be serviced? The family then left the store as we were walking to our car we noticed they left walking, plus they had a toddler walking barefoot, on the street and that’s how the toddler was walking inside of the lobby! Gross this is very upsetting and dirty! Definitely my last visit!
