  Food good but ordered two large curly fries and they only gave one small Ranch container they said it would .25 for Anouther should have gave two it’s not the money it’s the point.

  My Friends and I went to Arbys for a foodie challenge, We like to have Fun with it, this was Nothing Short of Dissappointment, the server was a Nice Young Man but he should focus on listening to the Customers order correctly, Our bill came to nearly $70. Dollars, We went through Drive thru ordering, To start out I ordered a Burger but what I Recieved was a Large Coke, when I attempted to correct the Server he would just talk over me and interrupt what I was saying, he said he got it but clearly he did not get it, next was a Sandwich combo which actually was the only meal that was correct, then We ordered the meat and 3 Combo, We Recieved Curly Fries instead of the Crinkle fries, not a real big deal there, next We Ordered a King Fish Sandwich, We Requested a Side of Tartar Sauce, which We Recieved but was Charged for the little Cup We Recieved, it would have been Nice to be advised that I would be Charged for this side, I spent more than enough money here that the amount I Recieved didn't Constitute what I was Charged, we Lastly Ordered Peach Cobblers desserts for 3 of Us and Did not Recieve those with Our order and paid the $2.99 for each for only 2 Cobblers, I requested a dozen packets of Arbys sauce and a dozen horsey sauce packets because the Sandwiches were very big so some of Us like a lot of Sauce, we Recieved only a dozen total Sauce packets, we Also requested a Large Strawberry Lemonade, but they only make 1 Size Lemonade, it would have been Nice to know this since we were planning on 3 of Us splitting a Large Drink, 2 of Us have pre-diabeaties so they won't drink Coke which is what came in the large at the beginning of order which We did not Order in the first place, We went to a place about 20 miles away from this location to eat and that's when We saw all the Errors that were made, to far away to justify coming back and trying to Correct all the Shortcomings, We were over Charged for things that were not Ordered, Shorted and Charged for things We did Not Recieve and We should of Been advised of this We got Charged for that maybe I wouldn't of purchased had We Known We would be Charged, We Figured that $13 to 14 Dollars We Were Overcharged for and Fast Food workers get paid $20 bucks a Hour, I would Not recommend this place to Anyone and I Know We Probaly We Never return to any Arbys anywhere unless they want to whole Heartedly treat Us Old Timers, and to be left with out a Dessert was a Crime. Arbys might have the Meats but Your Customer base is Running Away from You. Good Employees makes a big Difference, Thank You !
