    Fast, friendly service of fresh food properly prepared. I have experienced a nearby location skimping on the meat, which means you are hungry an hour later if it was a turkey sandwich. So I am very happy with the Santa Margarita location.

    On April 10th, 2026 at 8:48 PM, I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience that I feel others should be aware of. I accidentally placed an order at this Subway location while I was no longer in the area. I actually intended to order from a Santa Ana location instead. As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately tried to correct it because I could not proceed with the order. I called the store several times and even left a message, but never received any response. Despite that, the order was still prepared anyway, with no attempt to contact me or confirm anything. A simple phone call could have prevented this entire situation, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. That day, I did not have any other food options, and this order was supposed to be my only solution for the day, which made the situation even more stressful. I also have call logs that clearly show my attempts to reach the store, which confirms I made multiple good faith efforts to resolve the issue immediately. To make it worse, the only communication I received was on April 14th, 2026, stating I would receive a 30 percent discount that expires tomorrow. However, this is not helpful at all since I currently do not have the funds available to use it. On top of everything, I was told I would not receive a refund or even my points back, which feels completely unreasonable given that I acted right away to fix the mistake. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of basic communication. I will be disputing the charge with my bank, and I hope others do not experience the same lack of responsiveness.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The morning team ladies are absolutely outstanding! Their exceptional service truly stands out—they’re always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it makes a big difference. On top of that, the food is consistently fresh and delicious. A great start to the day every time!

    I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The food was incredibly fresh—every ingredient tasted crisp and full of flavor. The store itself was spotless, which made the entire visit even more pleasant. Plus, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming—really made me feel valued. I’ll definitely be back!

    I was attended my the manager her name was Fabiola and we was very lovely. She took her time and listened to what I wanted and she did it all with a smile. She was very patient with me and explained the specials they had and was very helpful. As well as very clean I observed her wash her hands and then put on her gloves as well as being very careful with food allergies. Personal I have a food allergy and she made sure to get new knives when cutting my bread and made sure nothing touched to avoid cross contamination. Thank you so much Fabiola you really made my experience so helpful and anxiety free will definitely be come back!!
