  A reliable go-to spot in the Mission Viejo Town Center for a quick and satisfying meal between client appointments. The soups, sandwiches, and salads hit the spot without slowing down a busy day. I stop in regularly when showing properties in the area — the wifi is solid, the seating comfortable, and it's easy to regroup here before the next showing. Panera is consistent, clean, and well-located. A staple for anyone spending time in this part of South OC.

  I really enjoy going to Panera Bread. As a Brazilian, one thing I miss a lot living in the U.S. is the kind of soup we have in Brazil, which is usually full of vegetables, rich, and comforting. What I like about Panera is that their soups remind me a little bit of that. They’re not watery, the broths are flavorful, and many of them have vegetables and a more homemade feel. It’s one of the few places where I can get something warm and satisfying that feels closer to the soups I grew up eating. Of course it’s not exactly the same as Brazilian soup, but it definitely fills that gap a little and makes me feel a bit more at home.
