  Had a flat tire up the street and brought my kiddos to McDonalds so they wouldn’t be so upset while we wait for 3 hours for dad to come back for us While we ate and waited so many people complained about their orders being incorrect and taking over 25 min to actually get their food when honestly they weren’t even busy I observed as people would stand at the front counter waiting to ask or request their items and the workers would walk past and ignore as they attended others

  Standard food, but always comes hot. Service is fast during the day but after 8pm very slow, probably smaller crew. Have taken kids to play on the indoor playground. Location and bathrooms always clean.

  I went through the drive through on Saturday, and although it was very busy, the lady who took my order was super sweet and accommodating. My app wasn't working, as usual, and she was very helpful in helping me get the food that I needed, whilst being very polite and patient. She is very sweet and has a great voice! Good job Shayli, keep it up! Also, Please get your app to start working because every time I arrive at this location it seems broken.

  Hoy jueves 11 de diciembre 2025 entre 9:35 am a 9:45 am quise usar mis puntos para un hashbrown. Los puntos si pasaron pero el de la ventanilla número 1 me dijo que no paso y volví a usar mis puntos y nuevamente me salió que si lo recibieron y el de la ventanilla me dijo que no. Se me fueron 3000.. me mandaron a la ventanilla 2 a pagar un combo que yo no pedí,le expliqué la situación a la señora y la señora me dió una actitud muy mal, me also la vos diciéndome ( LO VAS A QUERER SI O NO QUE POR QUE TENIA EL RELOJ EN ROJO ). AL final termine pagando por 2 hashbrown y mis puntos se los quedaron ellos.. No me fijé en el nombre de la señora pero hai les puse la hora para se pongan trucha de esa actitud de su trabajadora.. Muy Mal Y Pésimo Servicio..

  Absolutely confused and overwhelmed by the simplest tasks. Your order WILL be wrong in some way, and they will look at you with confused expressions when you explain what was wrong. I told them “it’s no wonder you’re so lowly reviewed” and they had no idea what that meant. It was a truly sad sight to behold. To give a quick explanation - we got a different customer’s order and gave it back explaining what we ordered; this started a confused cacophony of scrambling and yelling by the employees to figure out the right order. Then we got wrong sauces or sauces missing entirely, items were missing, the grinch meal had other items mixed in.. it was a mess in Every sense of the word. If this wasn’t a chain restaurant nobody would ever return as a repeat customer. It’s disappointing especially given the increased prices.
