Really odd attitudes from the people working in drive thru. Lady taking my order is confused and annoyed then the guy at the window giving me my food is screaming at me asking me if I want anything else. Then my food tastes weird. I doubt it's a coincidence I won't be eating this food or here ever again.

The franchisee manager claims that they increased the price for their big Mac value meal Right at the same time that the monopoly game started by $4 because of inflation and wages. I buy food wholesale and I know that prices have not increased enough for them to justify that within this recent time period. The tariffs kicked in in April. There is no way that they can justify a $4 Increase within the past two months based on what they said. I personally know of businesses that have higher wages than what they provide for their employees and still manage to have better pricing and not increase it as much as McDonald’s does. The funny thing is that you see all these commercials from corporate McDonald’s saying that they are going to be lowering their prices and this franchisees seems to think that increasing prices is the way to go. Now that the monopoly game is over, they still haven’t brought the price back down. This is corporate greed at its worst, and why restaurants are not trusted in today’s economy. They gave a bad name to the fast service industry.

I asked for extra ketchup, extra mustard, and double extra onions.
No mustard. No onions.....
Also the fileofish has the bun and Fish stuck together with the fish falling out.

My order was not right. I had to drive all the way back and called while I was on the way. I politely explained the mistake. When I arrived a woman in a black shirt who I think might be the manager didn’t even apologize. I asked if the meal could be remade and she didn’t even acknowledge me. She called my order out when ready, left it on the counter & just walked off without saying anything. Bad customer service.

Where is the quality control!! This is horrible never coming back. Forgot the cheese bread was stale. This place stinks!! They even forgot 2 items in my order
