  Came in to see if I’d get lucky and get a coupon for a free dozen on the Feb 13 promo. Went to the counter to pick out donuts and was approached by an older lady who asked “How can I help you?” I asked “Is this store participating in the promotion?” She said yes, then didn’t say anything so I just said I wanted to get a box of 3 donuts. We went to the register and I asked “So how does the promotion work? Would I know if I get the coupon at the register or before when I’m picking out my donuts?” She responded, “Well, I’ll be honest. It’s for people who don’t ask, and you asked twice already.” …how rude? All I wanted to know is how the promotion works. I am literally buying donuts as we speak so I’m not asking for a freebie. Wish I got her name so people can avoid buying from her. All I know is she’s an older white lady…

  Great service, donuts are very tasty. Not gonna lie one the worst coffee I ever had, first one one was cold with coffee grounds in the coffee that was cold. Nice customer service so the cup was replaced right away but the result was still awful, bitter tasting coffee that will not be bought again unfortunately.
