    I just left El Pollo Loco . I rarely write reviews. The person who took my order and was at the window was extremely rude! When ordering I asked him to please make sure my sauces are in my bag because my previous time there they fogot them. I asked for a lot of ice for my drink.When I got to the window my drink didn’t have a lot of ice so I said when you have a minute may I get a cup of ice. As he walked away he said “ Please “ sarcastically and shook his head. I said I said excuse me, what did you say? He said I gave YOU a lot of ice. I said apparently not enough or I wouldn’t be asking for more! He handed me the ice and then took the bag of sauces and shook the bag saying ok look I’m putting them in the bag! Very rudely. He apparently didn’t like that I let him know they forgot last time which was really no big deal I just wanted them to double check for this order! I then asked for the manager who was very apologetic.Its Christmas and I usually tip these guys .But that guy🙁 this is his tip. Do better or go work somewhere else.

    I was able to place a last-minute catering order in the morning, and honestly didn’t think it would be possible on such short notice. Thanks to Yesenia, everything came together perfectly and we were able to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The food was great, and the service was even better!
